These mindfulness practices are any combination of sitting practice, movement (walking or yoga), reflection & group dialogue. They're a time to be still, be quiet and share in the comfort of community.
To join, please fill out the sign up form at the bottom of the page and pay no later than the day before the gathering
These practices are offered on Zoom, so you may join from the comfort of your own space, from wherever in this world you are. You are encouraged to find a space that is as quiet and comfortable as you can make it. Please have a chair or cushion to sit on, optional but encouraged are a yoga mat, blankets, notebook/pen, beverages and anything else that will make you more at ease. In half-day practices there will be time for break and nourishment, in extended practices there will be a short break as well- in general you are encouraged to take care of your needs as they arise.
