Over the years of hosting (and taking) workshops, retreats and countless coaching programs I have developed a massive folder of written activities to coerce your greatest AH-HAs and inspirations out from the depths of your Soul. The guided activities ask the questions that you need to provoke the changes in thought, heart and action necessary to ditch unproductive beliefs and embrace the life that is waiting for you. In conjunction with changing your mind, I am a believer that the best of changes come from small, daily steps that make sense for your lifestyle. The daily journalling holds you accountable to your best self and your greatest dreams. Oh and sprinkled throughout are little reminders to get out, have fun and reconnect with all you love (because a little nudge goes a long way)!
The workbook comes with your Personal Blueprint Reading This workbook is the perfect answer for those of you who prefer to go it alone, but like a little inspiration and accountability along the way. The reading will get you started on the right track, giving you lots to consider and be inspired by as you move through the 8 weeks of work.
