The greater clarity you have on who you are and how you function best, the more conviction you have of these truths, the more your actions will reflect your highest intentions leading to better relationships, career, finances, health and personal wellbeing.

MINDFULNESS Mindfulness is the intention of bringing attention to what you are doing, non judgmentally. I don't have to tell you that we are more distracted than ever before. There seems to be the general belief that the more you do at once the more you will achieve, but this is being increasingly proven wrong. Mindfulness isn't about doing less or doing things slowly, it is about doing things with the greatest of care and attention to maximize both our own personal experience and our success. It's about squeezing the most out of each and every moment. It is also about limiting the judgment and anxiety that we carry around throughout our days, allowing you to do all that you can now and let go of the rest. It's not about removing stress and trauma, but about changing your perception and experience of stress and trauma.
