Join us from the comfort of your own space each week to immerse ourselves in the concepts of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Each week in class we will engage in guided mindfulness practices as well as group discussions, activities and explorations of life, stress, mindfulness and how they all interact and effect us. Between classes we will build our personal practice with daily guided practices as well as working with the weekly topics through observation and journalling.

It is strongly encouraged that no classes are missed. If you know that you will be missing more than one class it is suggested to join us for a future class.
Expectations
Participate in orientation, all 8 classes and the retreat class (all hosted online)
