These are programs that can be participated in individually, as well as being offered as an option to teachers not fully participating in a more comprehensive plan. They are a great place to start as well as something to be available throughout the pathway.

8-Week Educator Mindfulness Program

This program holds the essence of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) while honoring the constraints and needs of educators.

​This program includes:
(8) 1-hour sessions (held in the evening)
Guided recordings for daily practice
(1) 3-hour extended practice (held on a weekend between weeks 6 & 7)

Although this is held uniquely for educators, this programs is about being human and navigating the many challenges and joys of it.

8-Week Classroom Mindfulness Program

This program serves to jump-start mindfulness practices in the classroom, supporting teachers to settle into routine classroom practices and gain some skills in leading practices as well as supporting the classrooms to become more comfortable with their own practice and experience of mindfulness.

​This program includes:
3 meetings with the educator(s) to set up, support and close the program
Twice weekly guided practices for 8 weeks - 10 - 15 minutes per practice
Recorded practices to continue the work after the 8 weeks
