2 cups whole milk 4 cups chicken stock 3 Carrots 1 large (2 small) sweet potatoes Butter Maple sugar Dried rosemary 1 sprig fresh rosemary 3-4 sprigs thyme 2 shallots
If you do not have an immersion blender: wait for the squash, sweet potato, carrots to cool and then put in a blender. Go to the directions above- after cooking the shallots add the puree, let cook until hot, then continue adding liquid in 2-3 parts, combining fully before adding another part. Enjoy!
